Namens Mekayla Memorial NPC wil ons graag ons opregte dank en waardering uitspreek vir u ruim bydrae tot ons Kerspartytjie vir die kinders en ons Kersete vir die bejaardes. U ondersteuning het ’n groot verskil in ons gemeenskap gemaak.
Danksy u hulp kon ons ongeveer 500 kinders bederf met geskenke, pret en ’n wonderlike Kersfeesviering. Ons kon ook vir ongeveer 110 bejaardes ’n warm Kersete aanbied en vir hulle wys dat hulle steeds belangrik, geliefd en onthou word.
U bydrae het hoop, liefde en vreugde gebring waar dit die nodigste was. Dankie dat u in ons visie glo en saam met ons help om ’n verskil te maak.
Mag God u, u familie en u besigheid oorvloedig seën vir die saad wat u in ons gemeenskap gesaai het.

Soup Drive 2025

Subject: Request for Sponsorship – Soup Drive for the Community

To whom it may concern.

I hope this letter finds you well. My name is Anne-marie Slabbert , and I am writing on behalf of Mekayla Memorial NPC, a registered Non-Profit and Public Benefit Organization dedicated to uplifting and supporting our local community through various outreach projects.

This July, we are organizing a Soup Drive aimed at providing warm, nourishing meals to the elderly and children in our community who are most affected by poverty and food insecurity, especially during the cold winter months.

Our goal is to serve 400 people with wholesome, homemade soup and bread, and to continue this effort throughout the winter season. To make this initiative successful, we are seeking kind-hearted sponsors who are willing to partner with us either through monetary donations or by supplying ingredients such as:

Soup mix, vegetables, meat, and spices

Bread or rolls

Cups, bowls, and spoons

Gas

2 Min Noodles

Cup of Soup

Old Clothes, shoes

Blankets

Your support would make a real difference in the lives of many individuals and would be publicly acknowledged through our social media platforms and at the soup distribution events.

As part of our efforts to bring joy and hope to the children in our community, we will be hosting our Annual Easter Egg Hunt this coming April. This cherished event provides local children with an opportunity to come together in a safe and festive environment, share laughter, and experience the magic of Easter.

This year, we anticipate hosting +- 250 children from diverse backgrounds.
